Congratulations Travis Eshpeter
Service Operations Manager
Travis has been with MacDonald-Miller since 1999. He began his career as an HVAC Service Apprentice and worked his way up through the Service field to Foreman in our Bellevue office in 2009. In 2018 he was promoted to Area Operations Manager of the North Sound Service crew. Under his leadership, the North Sound has become one of our strongest zones with respect to growth, contract retention, customer engagement & overall profitability. He has also done a tremendous job developing the leadership skills of others both directly and indirectly throughout his career. We look forward to seeing the new bar Travis sets for Service Operations.
