The mechanical system included VRF condensing units on the new roof level and refrigeration piping installed in a shaft and stubbed on each level.

Full design and installation of a complete HVAC, plumbing, medical gas, and Honeywell Tritium open protocol controls system. Plumbers ran over 6,000 lineal feet of medical gas piping. To accommodate the added medical gas system, a new equipment room was built in the parking garage to house the medical air compressor and vacuum.
