MCS adds value to your projects through our expertise in detailing, systems integration, and construction coordination.
How long has Modern Construction Services been a partner with MacMiller?
Modern Construction Services’ partnership with MacMiller started eight years ago when we worked together on the UW Medical Center TI project. Since 2014 we have continued to support each other through a variety of projects ranging from laboratory facilities, to high-rise residential buildings, to tech-industry offices, and more.
Are there any projects that you have performed with MacMiller that standout over this time period?
Projects that standout for us have been the UW ARCF, Block 216, MSFT Whatcom, and MSFT TEC. All have been important, high-profile, mission critical projects that we have been honored to have contributed to.
From your perspective, are there any unique aspects to the partnership that has been built?
During this time MCS assisted MacMiller with MEP Database content which created more cohesion between our work and greatly streamlined our efforts. MacMiller has always treated us as an extension of themselves through mentoring, collaboration, job opportunities, and project execution, and have been very responsive to addressing any challenges that may arise, whether it be production or billings, they do what it takes to help us in every way. We truly appreciate the trust MacMiller has had in us to understand their processes and work alongside them as one team moving together in the same direction, to construct the building on-time and under-budget!
