Travis Eshpeter

President of Building Services / With MacMiller Since 1999

Travis joined MacDonald-Miller in 1999 and has been a cornerstone of our service operations for 25 years. He began his career as an HVAC Service Apprentice and worked his way up through the service field to Foreman in 2009. In 2018, he was promoted to Area Operations Manager of the North Sound Service crew. Under his leadership, North Sound became one of our strongest zones with respect to growth, contract retention, customer engagement, and overall profitability. He has served as our Service Operations Manager since 2021 and recently as VP of Service Operations.

Today as President of Building Services, Travis is responsible for further growing the building service business throughout Washington and Oregon while implementing new initiatives to meet future customer needs.
