Mechanical
The MacDonald-Miller team provided comprehensive mechanical systems design and installation services to redevelop key community spaces in the prominent multi-floor building. This project included the installation of new Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs) to service high-traffic areas such as Cedar Hall, the Spruce Room, and various common areas across the building’s first through third floors, including the lobby.
Plumbing
In addition to the HVAC system upgrades, MacDonald-Miller’s plumbing team installed two significant new restrooms and provisions for future tenant spaces, including water, waste, and vent connections. Our team also performed essential upgrades to the chilled water system, adding shut-off valves for the building’s risers and establishing chilled water connections to the newly installed AHUs and FCUs. Future chilled water connections were also prepped for tenant spaces, ensuring flexibility and scalability for future building occupants.
