The North Lot project is located in Seattle’s historic Pioneer Square and consists of a 23-story North Hotel Tower and a 19-story South Office Tower connected by an 8-story arcade/atrium that includes two sky bridges to connect both towers. The project includes a convention center, health/fitness facility with a swimming pool, multiple restaurant/retail spaces, one full level of below grade parking and a five level parking podium. The 278 room Hotel is an Embassy Suites and 13 Coins will be the North Tower anchor restaurant tenant. The project will be LEED certified and is designed in REVIT. MacMiller utilized state‐of‐the‐art 3‐D design software to facilitate and lead the coordination of all MEP systems with the structure and finishes. This design software is integrated with our estimating data base and production software which maximized the opportunity for buyout of materials, greatly streamlined the production process, and allowed the project to complete on schedule and under budget.
