The Boeing 787 Dreamliner Showroom gallery is located in Everett. The project is located in a new, stand-alone, concrete-tilt building with mechanical and electrical utilities stubbed into the utility rooms. A waste water branch line is centrally located in the new slab. The finishes are high-end with a large number of different colors and styles of wall and floor finishes for every room. There is an extensive audio-visual system and display lighting. There is ample parking, lay-down area and covered storage, with loading dock and wide coiling doors for access into building.
