Project Description

The 12 Tribes Omak Casino Hotel experienced hot water inconsistencies shortly after opening in 2015, creating challenges for operations and guest comfort. When MacDonald-Miller assumed the maintenance contract in 2019, our team identified deficiencies in the original installation and years of patch repairs. Working closely with the Tribe, we implemented a comprehensive Domestic Hot Water Re-Pipe project to restore system reliability.

MacDonald-Miller delivered integrated plumbing solutions with a focus on planning and execution:

Plumbing– Replacement and re-piping of the domestic hot water system, addressing deficiencies identified through in-depth surveys and analysis.

Prefabrication – Use of pre-layout and prefabrication strategies to accelerate installation and improve quality.

Execution – Despite equipment delays, the team adapted by rescheduling shutdowns and maintaining focus on customer needs, completing the project on time and under budget.

Through technical expertise and a customer-first approach, MacDonald-Miller delivered a permanent solution that ensures consistent hot water and supports the hotel’s long-term success.
