Rory Olson – Outstanding Contributor Award
“Rory has served as a senior instructor and taught for many of our programs. He currently serves on the Board of Education and the Seattle Area Pipe Trades Health Trust and just stepped down from the Service Committee this year, on which he served since 2015. He does all of this while teaching at the University of Washington and being a father and husband. Thank you for all of your contributions, Rory!” – MCAWW
Rylan MacCay – Rising Star Award
“In a short period of time, Rylan has built a diverse portfolio of co-facilitating sessions within three separate programs. In 2021, he co-facilitated the Project Documentation module in MPM-1. In 2022, he joined the Intro to Fitting Program instructor team. This year he is co-developing the module VDC for Project Managers in the newly revamped MPM-2 Program.
