Congratulations to Pat Roberts on his well-deserved promotion to Vice President and General Manager of Inland Northwest!
Pat brings many years of diverse experience and leadership from various aspects of the construction industry. He started his career as a Service Technician at MacDonald-Miller and later managed large campus properties. His career included branching out to special projects sales and operations across the Northwest before returning to MacDonald-Miller in 2020.
Pat’s strong work ethic, passion, and leadership skills have significantly advanced the INW region in the past four years. His effective leadership has earned the trust of our clients, while his dedication and meticulous attention to detail have enhanced our regional reputation as a company that “executes with distinction.” His commitment to building a robust regional leadership team has been crucial to our growth in this expansive geographical area.
In addition to his efforts in the Inland Northwest, Pat has gained the respect of senior leadership as a valuable contributor to company-wide improvements. He has also played a key role in recruiting top talent and building a team focused on our clients and long-term success.
