Ben Gezon began his career at MacDonald-Miller in 1998. Over the last 26 years, he has demonstrated immense passion, innovation, and leadership. From the very start, he was committed to excellence and quickly distinguished himself by managing special projects. His exceptional skills and dedication led to him becoming the leader of the Special Project engineering team. He effectively balanced the demands of various projects while ensuring that his team members maintained a manageable workload. His involvement in high-profile projects, such as the development of biotech labs and cutting-edge office spaces, showcases his ability to manage complex deliverables while maintaining a focus on innovation.

Under Ben’s leadership, he has helped to grow our Engineering department and shaped our reputation as one of the largest and most talented on the West Coast. Ben’s strong character, excellent communication skills, and extensive engineering expertise have been vital to our company’s success and growth. Clients often request his expertise for their complex projects. His ability to connect with clients and deliver effective solutions has solidified his reputation in the industry. He is dedicated to understanding our clients’ needs and providing tailored solutions, which has earned him great respect throughout our organization and the engineering community as a whole. Ben’s leadership and commitment will undoubtedly continue to drive our company forward.

Ben will play a crucial part on our Executive Leadership team in his role as Vice President of Engineering. He will not only advocate for the importance of engineering across the company, but also focus on the essential task of training and mentoring the next generation of engineers. Ben believes in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience with the younger professionals in our team.
