MacDonald-Miller continued the 2200 Western project by helping to deliver a new office to a long term client, Lease Crutcher Lewis. The plumbing scope extended a new cafeteria and patio drainage system for outdoor activity space. The mechanical system built out VRF fan coils for new offices and conference room. With extensive sheet metal and refrigeration piping installed in an open ceiling, much attention was needed to logical routing and coordination with the design team. The controls scope expanded the VRF controls with an ICONICS platform that the building and owner can use to display energy costs (and savings) and accurately distribute shared utility costs.
