The Pantages Theater Historic Restoration revitalized one of Tacoma’s most treasured landmarks, preserving its 100-year-old architecture while upgrading systems and spaces for the next century of public use.

MacDonald-Miller was proud to support this effort, continuing our longstanding relationship with the Pantages Theater, where we previously replaced the main boilers more than a decade ago. Our scope included mechanical and plumbing upgrades, along with rooftop ductwork replacement above the lobby to improve system performance and air distribution.
