Cascade Manor

Cascade Manor is a non-profit retirement community based in Eugene, Oregon. They wanted to take a proactive approach to address employee and resident health concerns as it relates to HVAC, plumbing and overall safety during the pandemic. A variety of work was done including preventative maintenance by replacing small pumps, servicing the chillers, and servicing the cooling tower. Hourly outside air exchanges were increased and all MERV 8 filters were upgraded to MERV 13s to improve central air filtration. An Air and Water Balance check was performed for their auditorium room to ensure it was COVID compliant with appropriate air exchanges. Their new building also got special upgrades by one of our Daikin Certified technicians who did an analysis and replaced a compressor for a VRF system.
