It’s time to roll up those sleeves and join your fellow BOMA members and help DESC upgrade and maintain their vital programs that annually serve over 6000 homeless and mentally ill people in our community. The new “Normal” Tenants participate in energy advisory board for building
At the Bellegrove Building, a medical office complex in Bellevue, another building team leveraged Earth Day to start a dialogue with tenants about sustainability and energy efficiency. After participating in a scoping study with NEEA’s BetterBricks program and implementing changes to their lighting and HVAC systems, owner Henbart LLC convened a tenant meeting to present information about their sustainability commitment.
