Congratulations to Travis Eshpeter, VP of Service Operations!
Travis joined MacDonald-Miller in 1999 and has been a cornerstone of our service operations for 25 years. He began his career as an HVAC Service Apprentice and worked his way up through the service field to Foreman in 2009. In 2018, he was promoted to Area Operations Manager of the North Sound Service crew. Under his leadership, North Sound became one of our strongest zones with respect to growth, contract retention, customer engagement, and overall profitability. He has served as our Service Operations Manager since 2021.
His leadership has consistently questioned and challenged the established norms, encouraging healthy competition within our field leadership teams while setting and maintaining a high bar for customer service and quality execution.
He has also been a driving force behind the development of many future operations leaders, sharing his knowledge and experience to ensure our teams’ continued growth and success. Over time, he has deepened his expertise in the financial side of the business, further enhancing his impact on our operations.
As the vice president of service operations, Travis is a vital part of our Executive Leadership team. He will continue to lead with passion and purpose, fostering an environment of excellence and accountability across our service division.
We are very excited for the future and the continued growth of MacMiller Service under his leadership.
