2025 SMACNA Innovator of the Year Award
The Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors’ National Association (SMACNA) has awarded Liz Fong, Operations Integration Manager at MacDonald-Miller, with the 2025 SMACNA Innovator of the Year Award:
This honor recognizes contractors who are pioneers in addressing industry-wide challenges and who leverage the latest construction technologies to advance the industry. The award celebrates outstanding achievements by individuals who drive improvements that benefit both their workplace and the broader sector. Liz received the accolade at the 2025 MEP Innovation Conference, the leading technology conference for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, service, and sheet metal contractors.
Liz consistently demonstrates a commitment to excellence and progress and is open to new ideas and solutions that push the industry forward. Her expertise in deploying technology in real-world environments has not only established best practices but also paved the way for future advancements.
