WINNER – The Eight
The Eight is a 25-story, 550,000 SF Class-A+ office tower in downtown Bellevue that utilizes a side-core design for virtually column-free, flexible floorplates. MacDonald-Miller partnered with Skanska USA on a design-build delivery focused on performance, constructability, and long-term flexibility for future tenant improvements.

FINALIST – TikTok USDS Bellevue
The new TikTok USDS Bellevue office draws its teams into the workplace with a lush green environment that evokes surprise and discovery at every turn. What began as a simple interior renovation project quickly evolved into plans for a standard-bearing office within the TikTok portfolio. While the space adopts the brand-wide vision of embracing the local culture and environment, this design pulls out all the stops and takes that vision to the next level.
