Matt’s journey with MacMiller began in 2012 through the U.A. Veterans in Piping program, joining us as a service apprentice while actively serving as a medic in the Army National Guard. Since day one, Matt has exemplified a people-first mindset, consistently fostering a culture of belonging, team accountability, and a customer-first approach across every team he has been a part of.
Throughout his career, Matt has been a driving force of innovation and operational excellence. He has played a pivotal role in partnering with IT to develop tools and systems that optimize our service technicians’ time and eliminate wasted steps—efforts that have significantly enhanced our service delivery.
