Spring Street North block are two twin residential towers in Seattle WA sporting 765,288 square feet of space. Each stand at 31 floors high with street and roof top amenity spaces, 558 apartment units, 8 floors of underground parking, and shell core space at street level for future office, restaurant, and retail. In this design build project, MacMiller designed the HVAC and plumbing systems. The HVAC system is an air cooled VRF system with ducted VRF fan coils in each apartment. It also has a large garage component with 8 levels of underground. Plumbing systems are conventional tower plumbing systems with above market level fixtures and finishes.
