MacDonald-Miller: Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Contractor
This 200,000 sq. ft. project has a 45,000 sq. ft. casino, fine dining area, cabaret lounge, cigar bar, buffet, sushi bar, and 1,500 seat live entertainment venue. Office space was also created for the Snoqualmie Gaming Authority.
The mechanical system features packaged rooftop air handling units with heat recovery systems designed to remove smoke and capture exhausted heat. The systems also include a multiple complex kitchen exhaust system and make-up air. The project was managed on an aggressive schedule – with most of the mechanical systems installed, trimmed and started in a twelve-month window.
