Providence Wins Best Tenant Improvement
Providence Health and Services’ move to a three-building campus in Renton included an $11.6 million build-out with diverse space requirements throughout the complex. The project, with mechanical design/build by MacMiller, was awarded LEED Gold certification and recognition by NW Construction as the Best Tenant Improvement of the year.
